Heather has held key roles at global aviation companies such as Boeing, Raytheon, DynCorp, and Midwest Airlines. Continuing her record of achievement and success in the aviation industry. As a recognized leader, Heather received the 2018 Marketplace Governor’s Rising Star Business Award and is a graduate of the 2019 Small Business Administration (SBA) Emerging Leaders program.
Nick Weissenborn - Vice President
U.S. Air Force/Air National Guard Veteran who has spent 20 years across a variety of roles with one common theme: safe and reliable aircraft maintenance and operations. His positions have spanned the U.S. Air Force as a maintenance operations officer, FAA airframe licensed mechanic, and program manager at Derco/Sikorsky and Zodiac/Intertechnique. Nick leads the sales, business development, and quality assurance efforts at Aeroforce Logistics and is responsible for customer experience, and satisfaction. He sets the example for his team by ensuring Aeroforce is results orientated, data driven, and customer focused.
Michael Krueger - Director of Operations & Trade Compliance
Mike brings a broad range of experience to Aeroforce Logistics as the Director of Operations & Trade Compliance. Working for over 30 years as an Aerospace professional in both domestic and international markets, Mike’s experience covers all functional areas in providing world class customer service to the global Aerospace industry. With experience in both large and small companies ranging from distributors to OEMs. Mike has a unique perspective on both customer fulfillment and regulatory compliance in an increasingly complex and diverse marketplace.
Klevin Nebiaj - U.S. Government Sales & Sourcing Manager
Klevin’s natural curiosity for detail has lead him to various promotions at Aeroforce. From years in the service industry Klevin learned how to be fast, precise, and tactical. As US Government Sales & Sourcing Manager Klevin focuses on building new vendor relationships, competitive bidding, and searching out new opportunities.
Drew Reinick - Account Manager
With a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Eau Claire and Linnaeus University, Drew brings a unique blend of academic and practical expertise to his role as Account Manager. Drew's background also includes managing the Aircrew Protection Shop as Aircrew Flight Equipment Specialist of the Air National Guard. Drew leverages his technical knowledge and relationship building skills to support military operations to the highest standards of aviation safety.
Matthew Quay - Inside Sales & Operations Lead
U.S. Navy Veteran with over 15 years of U.S Government and Defense Industry experience. Matthew has held various roles in operations, sales, and customer support with the US Navy, US Geological Survey and US Forest Service. Matthew received his MBA from the University of Phoenix and MS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Erin Welytok - Supply Chain & Marketing Lead
With a heavy background in retail, Erin comes to Aeroforce with a strong customer service background and business management experience. A graduate from WCTC with an Associates Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Wisconsin Lutheran College. Since joining Aeroforce Erin has been in charge of purchasing, vendor management, marketing, and other operational tasks.
Max Behlke - Warehouse & Quality Supervisor
In the two years Max has been with the company they have advanced from Warehouse Associate to Warehouse & Quality Control Supervisor. Max has extensive experience in quality control, importing and exporting, time management, maximizing productivity, and internal auditing. Through their day to day work Max ensures smooth operations, which in turn has grown the warehouse in both size of scope and volume shipped.
Samuel Lahar - Warehouse Specialist
Samuel’s journey began in Virginia, where he embraced a “learn by doing” philosophy right after high school. His dedication and hands-on approach propelled him from entry-level roles to managing international shipments for a local coffee company. With over five years of experience in packaging and shipping, Samuel is adept at navigating both international and domestic shipping regulations. At Aeroforce Logistics, he plays a crucial role in fulfilling government contracts and meticulously documenting processes to ensure top-notch quality control.

She continued her education at Nelson Mandela’s International University in South Africa. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and marketing roles, her expertise and passion go above and beyond in growing small businesses while maintain strong relationships with clients.
